Podcast 3 – Being and overseeing assistant coaches with Miguel Rivera

Miguel Rivera is head coach of the Spanish professional club Volley Teruel where he’s won league and cup titles. He’s also an assistant coach for the Spanish Men’s National team. In this conversation we talk about both sides of the assistant coaching equation – being an assistant and being a head coach overseeing assistants.

As I note in the episode, Miguel was a guest on the first episode of the original Conversation series where we talked about match preparation with Mark Lebedew.
