{"id":11758,"date":"2015-05-11T09:00:14","date_gmt":"2015-05-11T08:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coachingvb.com\/?p=11758"},"modified":"2015-05-11T09:00:14","modified_gmt":"2015-05-11T08:00:14","slug":"coaching-seminar-decisions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testsite.coachingvb.com\/index.php\/2015\/05\/11\/coaching-seminar-decisions\/","title":{"rendered":"Coaching seminar decisions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve got a bit of a conundrum.<\/p>\n<p>Volleyball England is hosting a pair of <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de Volleyball\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/F%C3%A9d%C3%A9ration_Internationale_de_Volleyball\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener\">FIVB<\/a> coaching technical seminars the first week of June &#8211; one on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volleyballengland.org\/getintovolleyball\/fivbcev_development_centre\/fivb_seminar_-_setter\">setting<\/a>, the other on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volleyballengland.org\/getintovolleyball\/fivbcev_development_centre\/fivb_seminar_-_outside_hitterserve\">outside hitting\/serving<\/a>. The former will be presented by Sue Gozansky, and the latter by Mark Lebedew. They run over three days, from June 4th to the 6th. The following day will be the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/volleyballengland.org\/getintovolleyball\/coaching\/coaching_conference_2015\">V.E. Coaches Conference<\/a>, which I&#8217;ve attended the last two years. I&#8217;ve had these events marked on my calendar for a while as I think it will be a good opportunity to learn and connect with other coaches.<\/p>\n<p>The other day, though, I found out about another seminar going on at the same time. The Western European Volleyball Zone Association (WEVZA) is hosting a <a href=\"http:\/\/wevza.com\/wevza-coaches-seminar-to-be-held-in-spain\/\">3-day event<\/a> June 5th to 7th in Valladolid Spain. It&#8217;s featured speakers will be Stelian Moculescu of VFB Friedrichshafen (2015 German men&#8217;s champs); Miguel \u00c1ngel Falasca of PGE Skra Be\u0142chat\u00f3w in Poland (Champions League Final Four), and John Kessel of USA Volleyball.
