{"id":1288,"date":"2013-10-18T09:38:09","date_gmt":"2013-10-18T08:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coachingvb.com\/?p=1288"},"modified":"2013-10-18T09:38:09","modified_gmt":"2013-10-18T08:38:09","slug":"drill-basic-blocking-footwork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testsite.coachingvb.com\/index.php\/2013\/10\/18\/drill-basic-blocking-footwork\/","title":{"rendered":"Drill: Basic Blocking Footwork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Synopsis: <\/strong>This is a drill for working on the foundational blocking footwork which can be incorporated quite easily into a warm-up routine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Age\/Skill Level:<\/strong> This is suitable for all levels<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong> A net<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution:<\/strong> Start players at the net in proper blocking ready position.
