His program has won more than 20 national championships. I read his book [amazon text=Training Soccer Champions&amp;asin=1626549206] back in the very early days of my coaching career. Needless to say, I think he&#8217;s worth listening to any time you get a chance to hear him talk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s a video of Anson talking about getting players to play together by giving them a common focus.
