{"id":1415,"date":"2013-11-27T09:01:22","date_gmt":"2013-11-27T09:01:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/coachingvb.com\/?p=1415"},"modified":"2013-11-27T09:01:22","modified_gmt":"2013-11-27T09:01:22","slug":"drill-2-and-1-pepper-with-movement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testsite.coachingvb.com\/index.php\/2013\/11\/27\/drill-2-and-1-pepper-with-movement\/","title":{"rendered":"Drill: 2-and-1 Pepper with Movement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Synopsis: <\/strong>This is a nice 3-person <a title=\"Volleyball Pepper Variations\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/pepper-variations\/\">pepper variation<\/a> which could be used as a warm-up drill and\/or to work on ball control in general terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Age\/Skill Level:<\/strong> This is suitable for all levels<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong> 3 players, 1 ball<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution:<\/strong> Have two players off the net and one at it (or otherwise put the players somewhere on the court with a bit of space). The player at the net attacks the ball at one of the pair off the net. The non-digger takes the second ball and sets it back to the hitter. The two diggers then switch positions before the next attack.
