I posted a review of his book <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/book-review-wooden-on-leadership-how-to-create-a-winning-organization\/\">Wooden on Leadership<\/a> a while back. An earlier book, [amazon text=They Call Me Coach&amp;asin=0071424911], was highly influential in my early coaching development, as I shared in <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/whats-the-greatest-coaching-book-ever\/\">this post<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this video he talks coaching philosophy, and specifically the idea that success and winning aren&#8217;t the same. You may have seen my series on <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/what-drives-coaching-success\/\">the drivers of success<\/a>. That&#8217;s about winning. At best, though, winning is only a <em>potential<\/em> indicator of success.
