And a whole bunch of others complaining about the same, as I wrote about <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/players-today\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s the reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You coach the individuals, not the generation. Every player is different. Observe them. Talk to them. Figure out how to coach them individually and collectively as the unique collection they are. If you can do that well, everything will work out. Realize, though, that it&#8217;s an ongoing process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rest of it is a distraction. And <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/coaches-making-excuses\/\">an excuse for poor coaching<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s my advice for being successful coaching the current generation of athletes.
