As a reminder, Alex is the head coach for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexstudent.com\/volleyball\/\">volleyball performance program at the University of Essex<\/a> in England. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our topic for this episode is mentorship. As I note early in the conversation, this is a topic <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingvb.com\/making-mentorship-part-of-the-process\/\">I wrote about<\/a> in the early days of this blog. Unlike in the remote coaching talk Alex and I had, this was a much more freeform exchange. This is basically by design. We threw some thoughts, ideas, and questions back and for. Alex actually came away with a couple of action items.
